About the Role

The Regional Sales Specialist drives leasing operations across multiple communities, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. This role converts prospects into residents, tailors leasing activities to individual needs, and safeguards the integrity of sales processes. Candidates must reside within one hour of the Victor, NY office. Key duties include mastering property and market knowledge to address prospect inquiries while ensuring Fair Housing compliance, creating virtual leasing tours, and delivering a welcoming customer experience. The specialist collaborates with operations teams to transition prospects to applicants, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and works with senior sales staff to meet leasing targets through strategic marketing initiatives. Performance is measured by tracking personal sales metrics and providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement. • Execute leasing activities to convert prospects into residents while maintaining Fair Housing compliance. • Develop and present virtual leasing materials and tours tailored to prospect needs. • Provide a welcoming, supportive customer experience and promptly resolve objections and concerns. • Collaborate with community operations teams to ensure seamless transition of prospects to applicants. • Communicate transparently with internal and external stakeholders to align on leasing strategies. • Track personal sales metrics and deliver data‑driven insights to the Regional Sales Manager. • Identify marketing opportunities and implement strategies to achieve leasing targets.

What You Bring

Applicants need at least three years of relevant sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets, strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales performance tools is required. Education requirements are flexible, focusing on transferable skills and relevant experience. The position is primarily office‑based with occasional travel to support regional properties. Employees must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods and travel as needed.
