Journeyman Electrician

About the Role

• Learn and grow as part of a customer‑focused team. • Represent Reliance professionally on every call. • Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems, including fault‑finding, panel changes, generator installation, knob‑and‑tube removal, and home rewiring. • Accurately estimate repair costs and ensure first‑time fixes with clear communication to homeowners. • Prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines. • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, service, and installation per manufacturer specifications. • Follow all safety rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Conduct general and specific equipment inspections. • Educate customers about electrical work and Reliance products, services, and programs.

What You Bring

We are looking for licensed Electricians with at least two years of residential experience, a class 5 driver’s licence, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and a growth mindset. Physical capability and a clean driving record are required, and experience in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing or mechanics is an asset.
