Drivers perform thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls. They follow the route sheet and map, operate manual or automatic controls to lift, load, and compact refuse, and dispose of material at the designated facility.
