About the Role
In this role, the manager translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, develops project timelines, allocates resources, and oversees risk and communication planning. They maintain real‑time information sharing through distribution lists and dashboards, support vendor management and budget tracking, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other partners to align execution and ensure operational excellence. • Drive execution of Americas Markets strategy by translating priorities into actionable plans and delivering initiatives on time and within scope • Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans • Manage stakeholder relationships to influence timelines and deliverables, and communicate changes clearly • Own collateral, communications, and integrated KPI reporting; create dashboards to monitor progress • Identify risks, surface barriers, and lead resolution strategies across stakeholders • Maintain distribution lists, dashboards, and reporting tools for real‑time information sharing • Support vendor management, contract renewals, and budget tracking with Operations, Finance, and TDS • Partner with Marketing on major events, managing distribution lists, coordinating vendors, and assisting with budget administration • Outline and execute markets communication plan with leadership • Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of leadership meetings and events, including agenda planning, material development, deliverable tracking, distribution, and follow‑ups • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and announcements for town halls and internal/external events • Coordinate cross‑functional participation in town halls, team meetings, and quarterly updates; support guest speakers and pre‑meets • Manage logistics for internal and client‑facing events • Collaborate with Marketing, Research, Operations, and Finance to ensure operational alignment and execution excellence • Build strong relationships across platforms to facilitate communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making

What You Bring
The position demands a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least seven years of experience in operations, consulting, or program management, preferably within a brokerage context. Candidates must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, able to adopt new tools such as Engage and CRM platforms, and possess strong project‑management, analytical, and communication skills, along with high emotional intelligence and discretion. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • 7+ years experience in operations, consulting, or program management, preferably with brokerage exposure • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to learn new tools such as Engage and CRM platforms • Experience managing dashboards, data‑driven reports, and operational tracking tools • Strong project, prioritization, and time‑management skills • Strategic thinker who anticipates needs and identifies potential issues • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing executive‑level correspondence and presentations • High emotional intelligence, professional presence, and ability to build trust with senior leaders and clients • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and sound judgment • Calm and resourceful under pressure with an initiative‑taking, solution‑oriented mindset

Benefits
Compensation includes a salary range of $112,285 to $132,100, with competitive pay based on geography, experience, and collective bargaining status, and the company guarantees at least minimum wage.
