About the Role
This intermediate-level role ensures compliance with WM policies and procedures across the Source to Pay (S2P) process. Acting as a liaison among the business, the S2P team, and suppliers, the position drives timely purchase order delivery and resolution of S2P activities while offering mentorship and training opportunities. The role provides broad exposure to the end‑to‑end S2P workflow. • Review and process requisitions promptly according to procurement policies. • Partner with Accounts Payable to use appropriate payment methods and invoicing channels. • Review and process purchase order change requests. • Drive utilization of corporate procurement agreements, preferred suppliers, and buying channels. • Coordinate with Accounts Payable, suppliers, and the business to resolve billing and payment issues. • Follow up with suppliers to track long delivery dates. • Assist suppliers with onboarding procedures. • Prepare and review monthly purchase order and invoice reports. • Provide training and mentoring to the team and business partners. • Determine root causes of issues and implement corrective actions. • Develop and maintain process documentation. • Evaluate processes for continuous improvement and ensure S2P policy compliance.
