About the Role

The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers from first contact through closing, using proactive sales techniques and customer‑relationship management. The role requires a solid understanding of the housing market and the ability to ensure a seamless buying experience. • Engage visitors, establish relationships, and assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales through self‑generated or referred leads with the 10‑5‑2‑1 selling approach. • Provide consistent follow‑through from initial contact to post‑closing, maintaining accurate communication records. • Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes, and coordinate timely maintenance. • Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/co‑broker partnerships, referrals, and self‑prospecting. • Develop in‑depth knowledge of market competition, product offerings, community details, and sales trends. • Monitor and record daily customer traffic using company‑designated tracking tools. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive growth.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real‑estate license preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in new‑home sales, real estate, or a related field. • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. • Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools. • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently. • Ability to attend regular in‑person work at job sites and offices, and meet physical demands such as lifting over 50 lb.
