About the Role
As a Field Engineer, you serve as the primary interface between on‑site teams and the client, leading crews to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and started correctly while exceeding jobsite service expectations. The role involves coordinating crew deployment and liaising with customers and shore‑based Operations Managers, solving complex technical problems directly on rig sites, handling equipment logistics and documentation, supporting tender activities with data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing, and engaging in job‑shadowing to build a holistic business perspective. • Coordinate crew deployment and act as liaison with customers and Operations Managers. • Solve complex technical problems on‑site through hands‑on rig work. • Manage inbound and outbound equipment logistics and documentation. • Support tender processes with data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing. • Participate in job‑shadowing to gain a holistic understanding of the business.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates are recent engineering graduates (any discipline) from within the past 36 months, with a minimum GPA of 2.75, fluent in written and spoken English, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, and possess strong interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, critical‑thinking, data‑analysis, and project‑management abilities. • Hold a recent (≤36 months) engineering bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 2.75. • Communicate fluently in written and spoken English. • Possess legal work authorization without the need for company sponsorship. • Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, data analysis, and project‑management skills.
