About the Role
The Equipment Coordinator is an entry‑level position on the Medical Equipment Planning team, providing critical administrative and technical support to experienced Equipment Planners on healthcare projects. The role offers exposure and mentoring in medical equipment planning skills, products, planning tools, and client interaction. • Provide administrative support to Equipment Planners. • Analyze tasks and set daily priorities to independently meet deadlines. • Attend client planning meetings with Equipment Planners, extract and organize information, and implement revisions as directed. • Manage information within the equipment planning database. • Support Equipment Planners in user meeting preparation, documentation, and implementation. • Engage with clients, when directed, to gather required information and provide technical information. • Prepare deliverables for project deadlines, including reports, data sheets, and narratives. • Assist in equipment procurement via client meetings, vendor communication, documentation, and schedule tracking. • Assist in equipment inventory and documentation. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate and fulfill information exchanges. • Occasional travel may be required.

What You Bring
• Gain understanding of medical equipment functions and solutions. • Bachelor's degree preferred in Architecture, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field. • 2–4 years experience in Medical Equipment Planning or Supply Chain is a plus. • Experience in Materials Management/Procurement is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting multiple projects and teams. • Highly organized, task‑driven, and able to meet multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail. • Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare or a related field. • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
