About the Role

In this role you will drive the design process from concept through delivery, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure design quality throughout project execution. • Lead development of design concepts, space planning, layouts, and detailed interior drawings. • Research new products, materials, and design trends to inform innovative solutions. • Produce presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for client communication. • Review shop drawings and construction documents to ensure design intent is met. • Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams for proper implementation. • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to the design team.

What You Bring

The Senior Interior Designer, Project and Development Services role requires strong design sensibility and the ability to manage complex workplace projects from concept through completion. You will collaborate with senior designers, design teams, and project managers in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of workplace interior design experience, and proficiency with industry‑standard software. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities are essential, as is alignment with JLL’s core values. • Hold a degree in interior design or related field with 4+ years workplace design experience. • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Knowledgeable of workplace design trends, building codes, and industry standards. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication abilities. • Demonstrated leadership and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
