About the Role
The primary purpose of the position is to implement site performance-improvement programs such as CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, human performance, OPEX, safety culture, NSRB, and INPO activities. Key duties include implementing and overseeing performance-improvement programs, reviewing performance data to identify adverse trends, supporting CAP investigations and issue reviews, managing performance indicators, and coordinating cross-functional Management Review Meeting packages. Additional assignments may include emergency response duties as directed by management. • Implement and oversee site performance-improvement programs (CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, etc.). • Analyze performance data to spot adverse trends and support corrective actions. • Conduct CAP investigations and issue reviews while managing performance indicators. • Prepare cross-functional Management Review Meeting packages. • Perform emergency response duties as assigned. • Maintain at least 2 years of exempt-level experience and meet access/medical requirements.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience (e.g., senior reactor operator license with five years, associate’s degree with seven years, or high-school diploma/GED with nine years) and at least two years of exempt-level experience, plus required access and medical requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience with performance-improvement or operating-review programs, a prior SRO license or certification, root-cause analysis expertise, and background in engineering, maintenance, or operations. • Hold a bachelor's degree with 5 years experience or equivalent education/experience combination. • Preferred: experience in PI/OR programs, SRO license, root-cause analysis, and background in engineering, maintenance, or operations.
