About the Role
The role acts as an ambassador for the Republic Way, partnering with area leadership to align development initiatives and managing the delivery logistics for both in‑person and virtual sessions, including travel as required. • Act as ambassador of the Republic Way, championing exceptional leadership development experiences. • Design, manage, and facilitate instructor‑led leadership programs across classroom, workshop, and virtual platforms for leaders at all levels. • Leverage leader development inventory to tailor content and collaborate with area leadership to identify priority development needs. • Escalate new content requirements to the central team and serve as subject‑matter expert for new course creation. • Provide ongoing feedback to the Learning team to drive continuous improvement of development content. • Support course evaluation and feedback processes to maintain effectiveness of offerings. • Facilitate requested team sessions for area leadership. • Stay informed on industry trends, concepts, and techniques for delivering high‑quality developmental experiences. • Travel up to 50 % of the time by air, car, or other transportation to deliver leader development sessions. • Coordinate session scheduling, enrollment, and logistics with HR and local on‑site contacts. • Build and maintain relationships with leaders across all organizational levels. • Deliver engaging presentations that inspire and activate audiences. • Apply deep knowledge of leadership theories, models, and best practices. • Manage multiple competing projects and priorities with high organization.

What You Bring
The Leadership Development Facilitator is self‑motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional learning and development experiences. They thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balance multiple projects, and can facilitate training through classroom, workshops, and video/distance learning platforms. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, relationship‑building, facilitation, and a solid grounding in leadership theory, while being highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment. A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in learning or leadership development, with proven success in classroom or blended delivery, is required. • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. • Demonstrate superior results delivery within a highly matrixed organization. • Possess at least 8 years of progressive learning or leadership development experience, including classroom or blended facilitation.
