About the Role

• Lead program initiation, planning, execution, and governance across technology, product, engineering, business, and support teams. • Engage cross‑functional and regional stakeholders to define and deliver integrated programs. • Coordinate change‑management activities within the Capital Markets tech operating model. • Oversee program financials, vendor relationships, and key performance metrics. • Identify, mitigate, and escalate program risks and issues to senior executives. • Manage program governance structures, including forums, working groups, and status reporting. • Direct global programs and special initiatives involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of technology experience, preferably in commercial real estate or financial markets. • Demonstrated ability to manage matrixed teams delivering complex projects in a global, product‑centric environment. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Preferred: ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings while handling multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Preferred: experience with Capital Markets technology platforms, commercial real estate workflows, and vendor/financial oversight. • Preferred: project‑management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) and background in change‑management methodologies.
