About the Role
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution, renewals, amendments, and terminations. • Maintain and update contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to promote consistency and compliance. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance standards. • Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies related to: • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives. • Coordinate closely with internal legal staff on escalations, disputes, and complex contractual issues. • Track contract obligations, milestones, deadlines, and renewals using contract management systems. • Draft, review, and support negotiation of commercial contracts, including:

What You Bring
Technical & Industry Knowledge The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing contract administration, risk assessment, and lifecycle management for a wide range of commercial agreements. This role requires deep expertise in contract formation, negotiation, and risk mitigation, as well as the ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and legal teams. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of progressive contract management experience, strong business judgment, and a proven ability to identify and manage material contractual risks across complex commercial environments. • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) a plus • Strong negotiation and risk assessment skills • Bachelor’s degree required • Knowledge of: • Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program preferred • Ability to translate legal and business risks for non-legal stakeholders • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Familiarity with IT contracting, including: • Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles • Minimum of 8 years of contract management experience • Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments • Exposure to international contract law and cross-border transactions preferred • Legal degree a plus • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred • At least 5 years in a senior or lead contract management role • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Minimal travel required as needed to company sites
