About the Role
The position provides administrative and financial services to the business center and reports to the Senior Accountant or Financial Manager in Finance Reporting HQ. Responsibilities include supporting billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly close, project financial closeout, and audit requests. • Assist accountants in meeting contractual billing and accounts‑receivable requirements • Audit client billing and project ledgers for compliance with contracts, GAAP, and company policy • Process vendor invoices and maintain up‑to‑date accounts payable for assigned projects • Process subcontractor invoices and verify lien waivers, contracts, and insurance documentation • Contribute to monthly close by posting or accruing client bills and project costs • Update project assets and rentals monthly for insurance documentation • Support project financial closeout, confirming final contract amounts and required paperwork • Respond to internal and external audit requests • Follow established procedures and execute tasks without needing managerial follow‑up

What You Bring
Division: Business Center 4 North. The role is based in Kansas City, MO; West Des Moines, IA; Omaha, NE; or Denver, CO and is a regular, entry‑level, salaried non‑exempt finance position requiring a bachelor’s degree. This position is not remote or hybrid and will work from a Turner office or project site. The role requires physical ability to navigate construction sites, including climbing stairs, ladders, and handling moderate to heavy loads, as well as tolerance for noise, weather, and potential hazards.
