About the Role
The Product Support Representative delivers multi‑channel technical assistance to authorized service providers, dealers and customers, serving as the primary liaison between field parties and Terex’s internal engineering, publications and product management teams. • Answer customer calls to troubleshoot equipment operating problems and recommend corrective actions. • Provide warranty and product information verbally, in writing, or via documentation. • Identify and recommend necessary parts and supplies for safe equipment operation. • Communicate equipment issues and potential enhancements to internal teams such as Engineering, Technical Publications, and Product Management. • Deliver formal training on safe operation, maintenance, and warranty compliance for customers. • Occasionally travel to customer sites to oversee and repair Genie products.

What You Bring
The position requires a solid background in technical service within the heavy‑equipment sector, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing. • Minimum of 3 years technical service experience in heavy equipment or a similar industry. • Technical knowledge of aerial work platforms; hands‑on experience with Genie products preferred. • Ability to explain technical and mechanical concepts clearly to customers. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and troubleshooting tools (computers, hand tools, digital devices). • Strong verbal and written communication skills; English and Spanish language skills are a plus. • Demonstrated time‑management, organization, multitasking abilities, and capacity to work under pressure.
