About the Role
The Marketing Manager serves a central function in developing and executing strategies that advance O&R’s Energy Efficiency and Electrification programs across New York and New Jersey, overseeing communications planning, outreach, and execution for initiatives that promote energy efficiency, electrification, and demand‑side management. Collaboration with program managers, creative designers, and external vendors ensures consistent messaging, timely execution, and compliance with state and utility regulations. • Execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for energy efficiency, e‑mobility, and demand management. • Lead planning across online and offline channels to meet strategic business goals. • Develop and implement marketing strategies, communications planning, outreach, and execution for clean‑energy programs. • Coordinate with program managers, designers, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging and regulatory compliance. • Support emergency storm response communications.
