About the Role

The Principal will support project delivery by collaborating closely with team members, Project Managers, and Directors across WSP Middle East, while also coaching and mentoring staff in the GCC region. This role involves both technical and commercial responsibilities, including effective delegation, work review, and line management of junior staff. • Lead and expand the Contaminated Land team in India. • Deliver projects with technical and commercial oversight. • Collaborate with Project Managers, Directors, and GCC teams. • Mentor and line‑manage junior staff, ensuring career development. • Perform planning, analysis, and judgment tasks for project success. • Continuously upgrade professional skills to meet industry standards. • Leverage WSP's global resources and hybrid work model for flexibility. • Promote diversity, inclusion, and unbiased talent practices.

What You Bring
