About the Role

Facility maintenance oversight includes coordinating repairs, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and building‑code requirements. Administrative responsibilities involve tracking occupancy, maintaining accurate resident records, and managing budgets. The manager monitors expenses, coordinates vendors, and prepares financial reports for subsidiary proprietors.
