About the Role

Key duties include preparing make‑ready apartments through painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs; promptly addressing resident maintenance requests; and performing routine work on plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and snow removal when needed. The technician also maintains grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities, and may be on call for after‑hour emergencies. • Prepare make‑ready units (paint, carpet repair, cleaning, general repairs). • Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests. • Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. • Conduct snow removal and other seasonal duties as required. • Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog park. • Provide on‑call support for after‑hour emergencies. • Report maintenance issues in vacant units, model homes, and common areas to the supervisor. • Follow fair‑housing laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times. • Attend mandatory training programs and maintain required certifications. • Apply basic math, report writing, and document comprehension skills in daily tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, GED, or trade/technical certification, plus at least one year of related experience. A valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification (or equivalent local certification) are required, as well as the ability to read manuals, perform basic math, and write routine reports. • Dress according to uniform and professional appearance standards. • Hold a valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II (or local equivalent) certification.
