About the Role
You’ll participate in focused training, team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, a buddy and your manager will support you to ensure a valuable learning experience, and you can expect coaching and mentoring to develop your skills. You will also become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) culture of Baker Hughes and our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Assist in financial analysis of statements, budget variances, and performance metrics to provide management insights. • Participate in budgeting and forecasting, handling data collection, modeling, and variance analysis. • Prepare financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for stakeholders. • Support internal and external audits by supplying required financial information and aiding audit procedures. • Use financial software and spreadsheet tools to conduct analysis and reporting tasks. • Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards to ensure compliance.

What You Bring
The internship lasts 12 weeks, from May 2026 to August 2026. • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. • Maintain a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent. • Communicate fluently in written and spoken English. • Be able to relocate for the internship duration. • Legally authorized to work in the United States without need for future sponsorship.
