About the Role

• Manage ServiceNow service requests and incident response to achieve SLA targets • Automate solutions and conduct root‑cause analysis for continuous improvement • Create and maintain product documentation, including diagrams, data catalogs, dictionaries, and roadmaps • Design, implement, and support application integrations using product management expertise in insurance and asset‑management domains • Serve as product expert, addressing user queries and optimizing application usage • Build business‑intelligence reports leveraging Databricks and Snowflake data marts • Monitor and ensure high‑performance ETL/ELT processes across multiple systems • Provide L1/L2 after‑hours support for application and integration components • Implement data validation and cleansing to preserve data integrity • Lead migration of legacy integrations to Snowflake, ensuring scalability and stability • Translate business requirements into technology‑driven solutions and communicate them to technical and non‑technical audiences • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with technology and business standards

Brookfield is hiring a Senior Analyst, Business Systems Analysis to drive innovative application solutions for Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Brookfield Credit. The position blends hands‑on product management, application support, and business systems analysis to deliver, integrate, and maintain critical applications and data flows. Candidates must possess strong business and technical acumen in asset‑management or insurance domains and excel at stakeholder communication and documentation. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or related field • Minimum 3 years product ownership and business systems analysis experience in asset‑management or insurance • Experience with asset‑management applications (e.g., Aladdin, Clearwater, WSO, SS&C PLM) and actuarial tools (e.g., FinX, AON Pathwise) • Proficiency in data orchestration tools (Workato, Informatica) and ETL/ELT technologies (REST API, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, XML/JSON/CSV) • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Knowledge of data governance, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements
