About the Role
The Sales Administrator provides essential support to the Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring efficient operations and coordination across sales, marketing, and accounting systems. The role handles a variety of tasks ranging from reception duties to event planning, data management, and financial processing. • Answer calls, greet visitors, and maintain a tidy reception area. • Support New Home Consultants by scheduling appointments and coordinating with JV greeters. • Plan and execute sales, broker, and community events, including trade shows and Welcome Home Center displays. • Process purchase orders, filing, faxing, copying, and other accounting forms. • Post transactions, manage purchase agreements, update inventory, and distribute gift cards using JD Edwards. • Maintain sales and marketing data, assist with collateral development, and coordinate community signage. • Gather traffic data, manage Mortgage Status Reports, and enter data into Lennar systems. • Troubleshoot Siebel issues and oversee model maintenance. • Order office supplies, handle mail and package distribution, and assist the Assistant Controller on projects. • Meet physical requirements: work >8 hours in construction trailer, lift > 25 lb, operate a vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, and use construction equipment as needed.

What You Bring
Regular on‑site attendance at community job sites and offices during standard work hours is required, with the ability to work more than eight hours per day in a construction trailer environment. Physical duties include lifting over 25 lb, climbing stairs or ladders, and occasional operation of construction equipment. • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Marketing or related field preferred. • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in new‑home sales or construction. • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time‑management abilities. • Ability to work regularly on‑site at community/job‑site locations during standard business hours.

Base compensation is expected to range from $19.15 to $29 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses and commissions based on performance and business factors.
