About the Role

As a Regional Manager you would be responsible for supporting associates—the people who create remarkable vacation experiences for our owners and guests—who are valued above all else, and we strive to support their success and growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Retail Marketing, this role will identify improvement areas, implement processes and best practices, and partner with regional sales and marketing leadership to forecast tour flow, analyze performance, and increase tour quality and production to enhance financial performance for each business unit. A key responsibility is to build and retain a high‑performing regional leadership team, attracting top talent and effectively training and motivating all Retail Marketing leaders. • Lead Midwest North markets as Regional Director of Retail Marketing. • Identify improvement areas and implement best‑practice processes. • Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast tour flow and boost performance. • Increase tour quality and production to drive financial results. • Build, attract, and retain a strong regional leadership team. • Provide comprehensive health and wellness benefits such as medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and accident coverage, disability, wellness programs, employee assistance, PTO, and parental leave.
