Our people generate big ideas and bring them to life, and we invite you to join us in making a difference. • Prepare procurement documentation such as RFPs, ITBs, and tender packages. • Support evaluation of supplier and contractor proposals for compliance. • Coordinate procurement activities with engineering, project management, and commercial teams. • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier databases, and contracts. • Participate in supplier negotiations under senior staff guidance. • Assist with contract administration and monitor supplier performance. • Prepare procurement status reports and contribute to project progress reviews. • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive suppliers. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. • Uphold ethical procurement practices and compliance principles.
