About the Role
The Canvass Manager role focuses on overseeing door‑to‑door marketing operations to generate leads, meet business objectives, and represent the brand in the field. • Lead a team of door‑to‑door marketers to drive lead generation and local awareness. • Recruit, staff, train, coach, and motivate the team. • Attend weekly meetings with the management team. • Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives. • Serve as the public face of Mad City as a fearless communicator. • Stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per day). • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What You Bring
• Must have a valid driver’s license. • Face‑to‑face marketing or lead‑setting experience (canvassing or promoting) is a plus. • Prior leadership experience. • Experience building/recruiting a team of high‑level performers. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities.
