About the Role
As a skilled specialist, you will work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and a deep understanding of standard operating procedures. You will support the overall team by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring critical systems, and implementing energy‑efficiency measures. The role also involves coordinating vendors, handling site administration, responding to incidents, and mentoring colleagues on complex maintenance activities. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems, including plumbing, fire suppression, and life‑safety equipment. • Conduct moderately difficult repairs, installations, and on‑site inspections; monitor BMS alarms and recommend solutions. • Implement energy‑efficiency measures and support team coordination of critical infrastructure. • Coordinate vendors for skilled tasks, manage maintenance scripts, and oversee work‑approval processes. • Update technical files for plants and equipment in collaboration with service providers. • Generate site logs, maintenance operation protocols, and identify single points of failure. • Respond to on‑site incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and support staff during outages. • Execute skilled work requests, circuit installations, and advanced troubleshooting of office equipment. • Lead moderate mechanical, electrical, and specialized system changes and support lifecycle projects. • Mentor colleagues, collaborate across departments, and communicate inventory needs for critical parts.

The targeted base pay range for this position is $84,000 – $126,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
