About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for assigned properties. • Show properties, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and secure leases. • Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain model units. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and unit turn processes. • Track prospect traffic, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative duties and address resident complaints and requests. • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Maintain cleanliness of office, common areas, and model units. • Implement annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys. • Stay informed on property features, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and uphold community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent and possess basic computer skills. • Understand Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements. • Meet physical demands including frequent walking, ladder use, lifting up to 25 lb, and working in varied environments. • Available to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in all weather conditions.
