About the Role
The role supports the EMEA Payroll & Time Center of Excellence and the EMEA M&A team, administering assigned tasks in line with the company’s strategic business objectives. It works closely with various HR functions and the Global Payroll & Time COE to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to support organizational goals. The incumbent analyzes payroll data, identifies trends, and provides recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, they are responsible for updating and aligning standard global Payroll & Time report formats. The position supports various projects from a Payroll & Time perspective, including M&A initiatives and ad‑hoc reporting. It assists with data collection and analysis related to acquisitions, divestitures, and post‑merger integration activities. The role helps maintain the Time & Attendance system from a COE standpoint and tracks all requests created in EMEA. It also prepares summaries, trackers, and presentations to support due diligence and integration planning. The employee supports the review and documentation of employee benefit programs across EMEA countries and maintains benefits databases, comparison tables, and compliance trackers. They also assist in mapping and documenting legal entities, including employee populations and associated benefits implications.
