About the Role
Responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks and ensuring products are accurately prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely and efficiently. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard. • Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials with shrink wrap, strapping, or other protective methods. • Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping. • Install protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport. • Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures. • Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials. • Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

What You Bring
Work Environment: The role is typically in a comfortable setting but includes exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movements; overnight travel is limited to less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, with 0‑2 years of relevant experience. • Understand basic shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Possess physical ability to lift and move heavy materials. • Work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
