About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance program by performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic repairs, assisting with unit make‑ready, and following guidance from the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Provide daily on‑site maintenance, responding to work orders for common areas, buildings and units. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic repairs; assist with unit make‑ready. • Maintain swimming pool, chemical logs, and conduct daily inspections of grounds and facilities to address hazards. • Keep preventative maintenance program, stock the maintenance shop, and adhere to safety/OSHA standards. • Support scheduling, inventory monitoring, and documentation of service requests and maintenance records. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours duties as needed. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies.

What You Bring

• Require a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer, Fair Housing and OSHA knowledge. • Ability to lift/handle 100+ lb objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, operate tools and vehicles; available for overtime, weekends and night calls. • Must have reliable transportation for emergency on‑call situations.
