The company is seeking a Land Acquisition and Facilities Manager with extensive expertise in land acquisition to support a major infrastructure project central to United States border security programs. The role involves supporting real estate acquisition efforts and collaborating with government agencies to secure large parcels of land, while Parsons provides Owner Agent Construction Management Services such as program management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, and quality assurance. US citizenship is required for this position. Required qualifications are US citizenship, ability to obtain a DHS suitability determination, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in real estate and land acquisition management, strong knowledge of eminent domain, proven leadership across all phases of facilities management, and experience in project scheduling, cost estimating, and capital project management. Familiarity with federal processes, especially DHS and USACE, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment are also essential. Desired skills include certifications such as IFMA CFM, FMP, or PMP, proficiency with GIS for land acquisition analysis, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and competence with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera P6. Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive program success is highly valued. • Hold US citizenship and obtain DHS suitability determination. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. • 10+ years experience in real estate and land acquisition for infrastructure projects. • Strong knowledge of eminent domain and all phases of facilities management. • Experience in project scheduling, cost estimating, and capital project management. • Familiarity with federal government processes, especially DHS and USACE. • Desired: certifications such as IFMA CFM, FMP, PMP; GIS proficiency; strong communication; project management software proficiency; cross‑functional team leadership.
