About the Role
• Lead and manage the cost estimating department, supervising estimators. • Deliver timely and accurate cost estimates, ensuring projects are properly costed. • Oversee multiple concurrent data‑center construction projects and guide multidisciplinary cost teams. • Interact directly with clients to receive instructions, prepare and negotiate proposals, and deliver work products. • Implement and manage quality‑assurance programs within the estimating team.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS plus eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications are five years of data‑center construction experience, leadership of multi‑disciplinary cost‑management teams across several concurrent projects, direct client interaction for proposals and negotiations, and management of quality‑assurance programs within the team. • Minimum requirement: BA/BS and 8+ years relevant experience or equivalent. • Preferred: 5+ years data‑center construction, leadership of cost‑management teams, client‑facing proposal experience. • Sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is not available.

The offered compensation ranges from $120,000 to $170,000, based on location and individual qualifications. The work location model is hybrid, with the primary office in Dallas, TX (13355 Noel Road), while the role is based in Phoenix, AZ.
