About the Role
The role is designed for individuals to learn and perform basic‑level tasks and activities related to the specific process or business area to which they are assigned. The employee will understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, follow a designated training schedule to achieve certifications, and maintain professional communication with internal customers. What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com or M.Com) or an equivalent qualification is required. Preferred candidates have up to six months of experience in audit, accounts, or finance, though strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered for those without prior experience. The position involves repetitive motions and coordination of eye, hand, and foot while primarily working seated in a professional office environment. Employees regularly sit, talk, and hear, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. • Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures. • Hold a B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree. • Prefer up to six months of experience in audit, accounts, or finance. • Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.
