About the Role
The Foreman will coordinate daily tasks, conduct safety briefings, explain construction methods, delegate responsibilities, provide necessary resources, enforce safe tool use, resolve conflicts, report progress, and maintain a clean work environment. • Coordinate daily tasks, adjusting for weather, supplies, delivery, and personnel. • Conduct daily safety meetings for each job activity. • Explain construction methods and means to crew members. • Delegate responsibilities to crew and subcontractors. • Provide resources and staffing to meet schedules, regulations, best practices, and safety needs. • Emphasize safe tool and equipment usage; train on safety gear and procedures. • Resolve conflicts or miscommunications promptly. • Report project status regularly to supervisors. • Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold good housekeeping practices. • Apply logical thinking to compare site conditions with designs. • Read blueprints and other project documents. • Use email, smartphone, tablet, or computer to manage company information and documents. • Maintain acceptable attendance standards per the employee handbook. • Stay alert to multiple concurrent site activities and equipment movement.

What You Bring
Candidates must communicate effectively, think logically, read blueprints, manage digital information, maintain good attendance, stay alert to multiple site activities, have at least one year of relevant construction experience, and preferably hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
