About the Role
Parsons is anticipating the need for an Interface Manager to join our team and support a complex infrastructure project in Dublin. The Interface Manager will lead and coordinate all interface activities across planning, logistics, construction integration, and security, ensuring effective cross‑functional collaboration throughout both pre‑construction and delivery phases. You will develop and implement an interface strategy covering the full project lifecycle, identify and manage key interfaces, and coordinate engagement with internal teams, client partners, and external stakeholders. You will ensure clear communication across multidisciplinary teams, plan and execute interface activities in line with HSSEQ, scope, schedule, and cost requirements, and provide technical leadership to the interface team. Additionally, you will align technical disciplines such as civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural to ensure intended interface functionality. • Develop and implement an interface strategy for the full project lifecycle. • Identify, define, and manage all key interfaces, clarifying responsibilities and boundaries. • Coordinate engagement with internal teams, client partners, and external stakeholders. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. • Plan and execute interface activities aligned with HSSEQ, scope, schedule, and cost requirements. • Provide technical leadership to the interface team and support efficient work delivery. • Align technical disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural) to ensure intended interface functionality.

What You Bring
The role requires 15 + years of experience, including at least 7 years in interface, construction, or project management on large, complex infrastructure projects, and a minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. Proven experience delivering projects from concept through handover, managing contractors and consultants under regulated contracts, and a strong safety‑critical delivery record are essential. Desired skills include the ability to manage multiple technical disciplines, drive efficiency and quality, strong stakeholder negotiation, and Six Sigma certification or equivalent with professional membership in a recognized institution. • Bring 15+ years of experience, including 7+ years in interface, construction, or project management on large infrastructure projects. • Hold a minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in engineering, construction, or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from concept through handover and manage contractors, consultants, and advisors under regulated contracts. • Strong track record of safety‑critical delivery and promotion of a positive safety culture. • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels. • Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines and drive efficiency and quality. • Strong negotiation and issue‑resolution capabilities. • Six Sigma certification or equivalent preferred, with professional membership in a recognized institution (e.g., SCSI, RICS, CIOB).
