About the Role
• Pull parts from internal or external warehouse and deliver them to customers. • Build pallets and totes of component parts. • Scan part numbers using an RFID gun and record inventory on a computer. • Operate a Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) to move material throughout the plant. • Load and unload trucks, schedule truck lines for scrap, skids, and cardboard. • Handle excess scrap and ensure proper disposal. • Complete PIV inspection forms and housekeeping duties following 5S standards. • Work overtime to meet customer schedules and report safety hazards per Delta procedures.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior experience operating a Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) is desirable. The candidate must hold a valid driver’s license, possess problem‑solving skills, and be able to work with limited supervision. The job involves regular standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 40 lb, with a Human Performance Evaluation required to confirm physical capability. • Lift up to 40 lb and perform ERGO stretches as needed.
