About the Role
The technician responds to service calls, diagnoses equipment malfunctions, performs repairs on sprinkler systems, and documents work using electronic service acknowledgments. • Receive service calls and diagnose equipment malfunctions • Perform repairs on sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, fire pumps) • Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and consult technical manuals, part manuals, change notices, and bulletins • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, schematics, and operational manuals • Complete electronic Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures • Participate in scheduled on‑call rotation and overnight travel as required

What You Bring
Candidates must have fire sprinkler experience, the ability to read technical documents, and meet physical, scheduling, and licensing requirements. • Minimum 5+ years experience in fire sprinkler/suppression industry • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints • Physical ability to lift 50‑70 lb equipment and work at heights up to 40 ft, including ladders, scaffolding, ducts, crawl spaces, and ceilings • High school diploma or equivalent required • Valid driver’s license meeting company requirements • Pass pre‑employment background check and drug test • Preferred: REM‑I license, Backflow license
