About the Role
The Account Manager role focuses on proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste customers within an assigned territory, while expanding penetration by selling Republic Services' full suite of products. The manager builds long‑term loyalty, stays knowledgeable about services and pricing, handles contract renewals, addresses cancellation requests, and collaborates with operations to resolve service issues. Daily use of Salesforce documents calls, meetings and proposals, and the manager tracks customer communications to reduce rate restrictions and credits.

What You Bring
Preferred candidates have waste or transportation industry experience; minimum requirements include at least one year of sales experience and a valid driver’s license.
