About the Role
The Senior Transport Coordinator – Integrated Facilities Management role supports end‑to‑end transport operations for a client site. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will deliver efficient and cost‑effective transport services while ensuring compliance with schedules and documentation requirements. You will coordinate vehicle departures, log start times and kilometre readings, and verify that staff boarding and pickup times match the approved roster. When special approvals are needed for staff pickups, you will secure them promptly. A 24/7 transport helpdesk under your supervision will handle call logging, queries, and concerns, while you monitor and report speeding or other incidents and communicate via radio as required. Accurate log books will be maintained at each site, excluding any excess mileage, using transport management software and tools. Collaboration is essential; you will act as the central point of contact for the client’s transport team, vendor supervisors, and internal JLL groups, ensuring personal data protection and transparent communication. You will also maintain a record of critical transport‑related phone numbers, prepare work orders with unique references, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports. • Ensure vehicles depart on schedule and record start times and kilometre readings. • Verify staff boarding times and enforce roster compliance. • Provide approval documentation for staff pickups as needed. • Operate a 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging, queries, and concerns. • Monitor and report speeding incidents and other transport-related events. • Maintain accurate log books, excluding excess mileage, upon site arrival. • Utilize transport management software and tools for operational efficiency. • Coordinate with client transport teams, vendor supervisors, and internal JLL departments. • Protect employee personal data while meeting urgent customer requirements. • Record essential transport‑related phone numbers and maintain up‑to‑date contacts. • Generate work orders and assign unique reference numbers for each transport request. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport performance reports.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in any discipline, possesses three to five years of transport management experience in a BPO environment, and demonstrates strong analytical abilities and a track record of developing improvement programs. Teamwork, a drive for excellence, and a focus on results are also required. • Hold a graduate degree in any discipline with 3‑5 years transport management experience in a BPO. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to develop improvement programs. • Exhibit teamwork aptitude and a drive for excellence.
