What You Bring
The MIS Lead will be an experienced Field Service professional who interacts with customers and field teams, analyzing test information to resolve design and system‑related issues. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to turn data into actionable insights for business leaders. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and have 4‑8 years of relevant experience. Required skills include advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, data analytics and forecasting, dashboard creation, pivot tables, BI tools, and the ability to unify data from varied systems. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. • Possess 4‑8 years of experience in field service or related roles. • Demonstrate strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. • Skilled in data analytics, forecasting, dashboards, pivot tables, and BI tools. • Strong written and verbal communication with a team‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset.
