About the Role
Engineers have the opportunity to develop project-management skills and advance toward senior-level positions within the firm. • Support electrical design execution for healthcare MEP projects under senior engineers. • Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and budgeting. • Prepare calculations, system layouts, and equipment selections for MEP systems. • Contribute to cost proposals and contract documents, including add‑service agreements. • Participate in MEP system reviews with code officials, contractors, architects, and clients to ensure compliance. • Ensure designs meet local, state, and national codes and regulations. • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders. • Conduct quality control reviews of designs, calculations, and drawings. • Provide support to designers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate will support MEP project execution and design for healthcare clients, bringing at least eight years of relevant experience. • Minimum 8 years MEP design and engineering experience on healthcare projects. • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Proficiency with Revit BIM, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, and Easypower. • In‑depth understanding of NEC, State Energy Codes, NFPA, and FGI guidelines. • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. • PE license preferred; candidates pursuing licensure considered. • Demonstrated critical‑thinking and willingness to grow in project management.
