About the Role

The In‑Home Sales Representative role involves meeting homeowners at their residences, showcasing the company’s window and bath solutions, and delivering accurate estimates and documentation. Representatives become product experts, providing exceptional service that drives repeat business and surpasses sales goals. • Receive all pre‑qualified leads—2 to 3 appointments per day—eliminating cold‑calling and lead generation. • Participate in a state‑of‑the‑art sales training program and ongoing professional development. • Meet clients in their homes to demonstrate windows and baths and explain services. • Deliver timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation. • Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and generates repeat business. • Work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings). • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
