About the Role
The Coordinator will plan, process, and request manufacturing information using computer‑generated data reports, schedule production units within assigned areas, and assist in controlling productive materials, hardware expense items, and expediting shortages. • Coordinate materials and MIs across designated areas to meet ship dates. • Manage job flow through production and into shipping. • Update production jobs in master schedule, turn‑backs, and AS400 while collaborating with customer service. • Review and update order and material status with supervisors, material control, and work area personnel; lead regular production meetings. • Use Microsoft Excel, DMM, AS400, and Material Synchronization Spreadsheet to control floor stock and records. • Identify and resolve missing or incorrect manufacturing information. • Attend Tier meetings, monitor email, and log data into DMM, Enovia, and AS400. • Review production tasks, including turn‑backs and crane sheets. • Perform end‑of‑day 5S tasks to maintain a clean, organized workspace. • Serve as backup Team Lead when needed to ensure continuity. • Learn from past experiences and apply learning to current situations. • Professional handling of both internal and external suppliers. • Manage changing schedules with internal and external customers. • Work both independently and in teams across plant and corporate entities.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum 3 years manufacturing or materials processing experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). • Must reside within 50 mi of Sumter, SC; no relocation assistance. • Authorized to work in the US permanently without sponsorship. • Prior coordinator experience strongly preferred. • Experience with AS400, VISTA, and DMM software. • Ability to multitask and balance various demands while achieving goals. • Demonstrate a collaborative style and work effectively in a diverse environment. • Self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision and solving problems in unusual circumstances through cross‑departmental interaction. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented. • Strong organizational skills.

The schedule is Monday‑Thursday, 3:00 pm‑1:00 am, and the hourly rate is $23.92 with eligibility for the employee variable incentive program. Salary is based on skills, experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.
