About the Role
The Entry Level Sales Representative will engage homeowners through direct, in‑person outreach, introduce remodeling services and special offers in friendly conversations, and generate interest by scheduling free in‑home product demonstrations without any pressure to sell. This role also serves as a stepping‑stone toward a career in management or advanced sales positions. • Conduct in‑person outreach to homeowners in local neighborhoods. • Schedule free in‑home product demonstrations (no selling required). • Leverage the role as a pathway to management or advanced sales positions. • Work a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule (10 am – 6 pm) with PTO from day one.

What You Bring
No prior experience is required; however, self‑motivation, a passion for career growth, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must be available for afternoon and evening shifts (typically 10 am – 6 pm), and be naturally outgoing and well‑spoken in human interactions. Physical demands include standing and walking for 6–8 hours daily, working outdoors in varying weather, and the ability to stoop, bend, and reach while canvassing.
