About the Role

Key responsibilities include touring the property for prospective renters, answering questions about amenities and the surrounding community, and guiding prospects through the qualification process with background checks. The consultant also ensures apartments are move‑in ready, handles rental paperwork, and provides ongoing support to retain current residents. • Conduct property tours to showcase amenities and lifestyle to prospective renters. • Collect applicant information and initiate background checks to qualify prospects. • Coordinate move‑in preparations and manage rental documentation. • Provide superior resident service to improve retention and satisfaction. • Organize office tasks, meet deadlines, and adhere to company policies. • Utilize basic Windows computer applications for leasing operations. • Operate in an office environment using standard equipment; travel up to 5% between sites. • Perform standing, walking, and stair climbing duties; work in varying outdoor conditions.

What You Bring

The position is based in a professional office setting and involves regular use of computers, phones, photocopiers and filing systems.
