About the Role
In this role you will support the lighting studio by delivering inspiring, demanding, and collaborative designs, handling trade‑specific system layouts, calculations, and coordination with other architectural and engineering disciplines. You will develop lighting solutions from concept through construction administration, produce CAD/Revit construction drawings, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. • Provide trade‑specific lighting system design, including layout and calculations using appropriate software. • Create and coordinate CAD/Revit construction lighting drawings from concept through construction administration. • Design lighting solutions for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades across diverse project types. • Conduct field inspections to assess existing conditions and integrate new work. • Attend project meetings and collaborate with clients, architects, and engineering teams. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of all work assignments. • Participate in continuing‑education seminars to enhance technical and professional skills. • Join Dynamic Employee Resource Groups fostering diversity and inclusion.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3‑5 years of lighting design experience, mastery of AutoCAD and Revit, and proficiency with AGI Calculation, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp, coupled with a genuine passion for lighting design. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Theater, Lighting Design, or Architectural Engineering. • Possess 3–5 years of lighting design experience. • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (latest versions). • Utilize AGI Calculation software, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp. • Exhibit a strong passion for lighting design and continuous learning.
