About the Role
Project managers will oversee the entire bridge project lifecycle, including identification, pursuit, contracting, design development, and construction‑phase support. They will drive business development through client marketing, proposal preparation, and participation in technical and political networking events. What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering (master's preferred) and is a PE licensed in New York. Ten or more years of bridge design and management experience, a strong network with NYSDOT, NYS Thruway Authority, municipal clients, and familiarity with AASHTO specifications and Federal‑Aid delivery are required. Experience with AREMA rail bridge design, design‑build procurement, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams is a plus. • Hold a B.S. in civil/structural engineering (M.S. preferred) and NY PE licensure. • Minimum 10 years of bridge design/management experience with a strong NYS client network. • Deep knowledge of AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications and Federal‑Aid delivery processes. • Familiarity with AREMA rail bridge design and design‑build procurement (plus). • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across offices.

The position offers a salary range of $103,000 to $166,800 per year, commensurate with qualifications. Compensation is competitive and reflective of the required expertise.
