About the Role

• Support site operations and assist supervisors, foremen, and electricians on utility‑scale solar projects. • Perform installations, troubleshoot issues, conduct repairs, and calibrate electrical equipment. • Follow written and verbal instructions while adhering to safety protocols. • Receive, store, protect, and document project materials and equipment. • Safely operate assigned equipment and assist with site logistics. • Help with electrical installations, blueprint interpretation, and troubleshooting. • Communicate professionally with customers and provide support to other Cinterra divisions.

What You Bring

The apprentice provides site support and assists supervisors, foremen, and electricians on utility‑scale solar projects, handling installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment calibrations. Apprentices are enrolled in a comprehensive four‑year registered apprenticeship that blends classroom instruction with hands‑on training toward journeyman certification. Candidates must be eager to learn, follow instructions, and demonstrate strong time‑management and analytical skills. Successful apprentices are mechanically inclined, observant, and knowledgeable about safety protocols. They work collaboratively, communicate professionally, and are motivated to contribute to project success. The role requires extensive field work, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lb, often in extreme weather conditions. Applicants must be able to work long or extended hours, weekends, and travel full‑time as needed. • Demonstrate good time management, analytical skills, and a motivated, mechanically‑inclined attitude. • Meet requirements: high school diploma/GED, 18+, U.S. work eligibility, ability to work long hours/weekends, travel full‑time, pass background and drug test. • Work outdoors in extreme weather and lift/carry up to 50 lb.
