About the Role

The position assists with administrative tasks associated with projects, including proposal and project registration, invoicing setup, coordinating resources, and more. The incumbent will use ECS systems to manage paperwork, documentation, schedules, and budgets, and will interact with staff, clients, and external team members as needed. The role includes attending project meetings with senior staff, helping resolve administrative problems, preparing invoices, and supporting collection efforts. Task prioritization is guided by daily consultation with a supervisor, and the employee will begin learning project and contract management, budget handling, and change orders. • Assist with project administrative tasks such as proposal registration and invoicing setup. • Coordinate project resources and maintain schedules and budgets using ECS systems. • Collaborate with staff, clients, and external team members on various projects. • Attend senior‑staff project meetings and help resolve administrative issues. • Prepare invoices and support collection efforts. • Prioritize tasks daily with supervisor guidance to meet deadlines. • Learn project and contract management, budgeting, and change‑order processes.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's in business or a related field is preferred. No prior experience is required, but a valid driver’s license is needed for driving on behalf of ECS subsidiaries.
