About the Role

In this role you will attend planning visits and concept reviews to advise on constructability and delivery across time, cost, safety and quality outcomes. You will support scheduling, cost controls, community engagement, procurement, estimating, quality assurance and safety teams in developing delivery plans. You will provide technical advice throughout the project delivery phase, promptly addressing issues to maintain time, cost, quality and safety targets. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, subcontractors and colleagues. • Attend planning visits and concept reviews to advise on constructability and delivery. • Support scheduling, cost controls, community engagement, procurement, estimating, QA, and safety teams in developing delivery plans. • Provide technical advice throughout project delivery, addressing issues to maintain time, cost, quality, and safety targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.

What You Bring

We are looking for a Site Engineer to assist with the delivery of projects across capital water infrastructure, including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, and water main replacements in the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast regions. Join us in this fast‑paced, stable, and highly rewarding program where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the industry while benefiting from a robust pipeline of long‑term, local opportunities. The role is ideal for a junior engineer who has graduated in the last few years and wants to get their foot in the door with a tier‑1 contractor. The ideal candidate has at least two years of project delivery experience within the water or wastewater industry (preferred) and experience driving quality outcomes in project delivery. A degree in civil or mechanical engineering is required, together with good communication, organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to build strong relationships and solid computer skills are also essential. • Safety‑focused culture with management support, training, and mentoring. • Minimum two years of project delivery experience in water or wastewater (preferred). • Experience driving quality outcomes in project delivery. • Degree in civil or mechanical engineering. • Strong communication, organisational, and time‑management skills. • Ability to build strong relationships. • Proficient computer skills.
